Although I am confident you will love your new purchase, I am, of course, happy to accept returns IF you are not 100% satisfied.
That said, there are a few conditions.
Before I send out any prints, I photograph them to show the print, quality and packaging.
Refunds can only be made if you send back exactly what was sent to you – same print, same quality, same packaging.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Once a piece is returned it will be checked and presuming it’s condition is exactly as was sent out, your money will be returned, minus any postage costs.
To save on using up valuable resources like paper, fuel and time, BEFORE you decide to return anything, email me with your thoughts and comments and we can see what can be done to minimise waste.
